Description

It's good to have a seafood recipe that is really good, quick to make and easy to prepare. Serve these with your favorite sauce or just enjoy them plain.

Ingredients

• 2/3 c. mayonnaise
• 5 egg yolks
• 2 t. lemon juice
• 2 T. Worcestershire sauce
• 2 t. Dijon mustard
• 2 t. black pepper
• 1/4 t. salt
• 1/4 t. blackening seasoning
• 1/4 t. crushed red pepper flakes
• 1/2 c. crushed, chopped parsley
• 2 1/2 c. breadcrumbs
• 2 lb. crabmeat
• flour, for coating
• oil, for frying

Steps

1. Mix all ingredients together. Form into 4 oz. patties.
2. Coat with flour; fry in 1 inch of oil until golden brown.
