Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. skinless salmon fillet
- coarse salt, to taste
- freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 T. unsalted butter
- 2 t. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. dry white wine (or lemon juice)
- 1 T. freshly chopped chives (or fresh parsley)
Steps
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Place salmon on a rimmed baking sheet; season with salt, to taste.
- Roast about 15 minutes, until opaque throughout.
