Whether you make the alcoholic or non-alcoholic version of these, they are perfect for a St. Patrick's Day party, Easter, Christmas or anytime you want to have a little fun. Change up the color of the sanding sugar for different occasions.

Ingredients

• 1/2 c. prepared chocolate pudding
• 2-3 T. milk
• 2 T. Bailey's Irish Cream
• green sanding sugar and corn syrup or honey, for garnish

Steps

1. Place corn syrup on a shallow plate. Place sanding sugar on a second plate. Dip shot glasses upside down in the corn syrup or honey and then in the sugar.
2. Place pudding, milk, and Bailey's in a 2 cup measuring cup; whisk until combined; carefully pour into shot glasses.
3. Makes 2 shots.
