Warm Caesar Dip

Description

This simple to make dip is warm and appetizing. Serve it on toasted baguette slices.

Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese, softened to room temperature
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. finely grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. sun-dried tomatoes
4 oz. frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and squeezed dry
1/2 c. Caesar dressing, your favorite
freshly squeeze juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 t. chopped thyme leaves
Little Gem Lettuce (or romaine hearts), for serving
baguette, sliced and toasted

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a small baking dish with butter or non-stick cooking spray.

Mix first 8 ingredients, in a large bowl until evenly combined. Transfer to prepared baking dish. Bake until the cheese is bubbly and starting to turn golden, about 20 minutes.

While dip is baking, slice and toast the baguette.

Serve warm with the toasted baguette bread slices and lettuce.
