Take the classic monkey bread to a new level with caramelized bananas, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla and crescent dinner rolls. Serve it as you would a coffee cake, as a snack or a dessert.

2 - 12 oz. cans Pillsbury Grands! Big and Buttery Crescent Dinner Rolls
1/4 c. sugar
1 T. cinnamon
2 ripe bananas, sliced
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 t. vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a fluted tube cake pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Open crescents; cut rolled dough into 1/2 inch slices; slice each one into 4 small, bite-sized pieces.
In a large bowl, stir together sugar and cinnamon. Toss crescent pieces into mixture; mix in the bananas.
Put mixture into prepared pan, spread out evenly; set aside.
In a medium microwave-safe bowl, heat butter, brown sugar and vanilla for 1 minute; stir; microwave for 2 minutes.
Place crescents and bananas in the pan; drizzle with warm butter mixture.
Bake 50-55 minutes, or until top layer is golden brown.
Invert pan onto a parchment-lined serving platter. Serve warm.
