- Yogurt sauce:
- 7 oz. plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ t. minced garlic
- ¼ t. dried dill
- freshly squeezed juice from half of 1 medium lemon
- dash of salt
- 2 oz. frozen spinach, thawed
- 6 halves sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 medium red onion, chopped
- 1 1/4 lb. ground turkey
- ¼ c. crumbled feta
- ½ t. minced garlic
- 1 t. dried oregano
- 1 large egg
- ⅓ c. breadcrumbs
- 1/2 t. salt
- freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 medium cucumber
- 6 low-carb hamburger buns
Steps
- Yogurt sauce:
- Combine yogurt, garlic, dill, lemon juice and salt; stir to combine; refrigerate to allow the flavors to blend while making the burgers.
- Thaw frozen spinach; squeeze out as much moisture as possible. Roughly chop spinach to prevent long strings. Chop sun-dried tomatoes and ¼ of the red onion.
