This flavorful, cheesy Ranch bread is so simple and quick to make, you'll wish that you had the recipe years ago. Serve it as an appetizer, snack or with your meal.
2 c. shredded Colby-Jack cheese
1 c. plain Greek yogurt
½ c. butter, softened
.74 oz. packet Hidden Valley Greek Yogurt Dips Mix
1 lb. loaf French bread
sliced green onions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine cheese, yogurt, butter and dip mix; stir until combined.
Cut the bread in half horizontally. Place cut sides up on a baking sheet; spread half of the mixture evenly over the inside of each half of the bread.
Bake in the center of oven for 10 minutes. Move the rack about 6 inches from the top of the oven; turn the oven to broil. Broil bread until the edges are browned and the cheese is bubbly.
Sprinkle the tops of the bread with the green onions; let sit for a few minutes; slices.
Serve.
