Pineapple Sangria

Description

This sangria is so good, you may want to double or triple the recipe to make sure that you have enough, especially if you are having company over or having a party.

Ingredients

1 pineapple, mixture of chopped and sliced
1 pint strawberries, washed, chopped or left whole
2 limes, sliced
1 ( 750mL) bottle of dry white wine, like Chardonnay (or more to taste)
1 c. pineapple juice
1 c. club soda (or more to taste)
1/2 c. brandy
1/4 c. fresh mint leaves, plus more for garnish

Combine all ingredients together in a large pitcher or bowl; stir, stir, stir.

Refrigerate for at least an hour (or longer!) before serving.

Taste; if it's too sweet for you, add a bit more soda or wine. If allowed to sit overnight, it will turn a pretty shade of pink.
