Tropical Pineapple Sangria

That time of year is coming when everyone enjoys adult drinks while sitting around the pool, at that party or in the comfort of your own home. This tropical, fruity coconut rum sangria is perfect for all of your fun occasions.

Ingredients

2 c. freshly cut pineapple
1 orange, not peeled, sliced
1 mango, not peeled, sliced
1 lime, not peeled, sliced
2 c. pineapple juice (two 6 oz. cans)
½ c. coconut rum
1 bottle white wine, like Pinot Grigio

2 c. (1 can) Sprite

Wash/rinse fruit; slice. Add prepared fruit to a pitcher, saving save for garnish. Pour pineapple juice, rum and wine into pitcher; stir. Refrigerate sangria for up to 2 hours.

Right before serving, add Sprite; stir.

Pour into individual glasses. Garnish each glass with reserved fruit.

6-8 servings.
