24 breaded fish sticks
12 warmed hard taco shells (or soft, if preferred)
3 c. lettuce, shredded
3 c. Cheddar or Mexican blend cheese, shredded
3 c. salsa (and/or chopped tomatoes)
chopped red onion, if desired
avocado slices, if desired
Preheat oven to temperature indicated on package. Bake fish sticks according to package instructions, about 20 minutes.
In each taco shell, place the following in order: 2 cooked fish sticks, 1/4 c. shredded cheese, 1/4 c. salsa and 1/4 c. shredded lettuce.
Serve immediately.
