Do you need an easy, quick weeknight dinner? Your whole family will love you when you make this fun dinner.Make fish tacos with fish sticks, taco shells, lettuce, cheese and salsa. Yum!
Ingredients
- 24 breaded fish sticks
- 12 warmed hard taco shells (or soft, if preferred)
- 3 c. lettuce, shredded
- 3 c. Cheddar or Mexican blend cheese, shredded
- 3 c. salsa (and/or chopped tomatoes)
- chopped red onion, if desired
- avocado slices, if desired
Steps
- Preheat oven to temperature indicated on package. Bake fish sticks according to package instructions, about 20 minutes.
- In each taco shell, place the following in order: 2 cooked fish sticks, 1/4 c. shredded cheese, 1/4 c. salsa and 1/4 c. shredded lettuce.
- Serve immediately.
