You won't believe how delicious and easy this ice cream cake is until you make it yourself. Start with a layer of store bought ice cream sandwiches, Drizzle on caramel and chocolate sauces and repeat this process until you have 4 layers. Top it all off wi
12 ice cream sandwiches
chocolate syrup or Magic Shell
caramel syrup
8 oz. container of Cool Whip or homemade whipped cream
Remove wrappers from all ice cream sandwiches, moving quickly because ice cream melts. Lay 3 ice cream sandwiches side by side on a cake platter. Drizzle with the caramel and chocolate syrups.
Lay another 3 ice cream sandwiches on top, going the the other direction. Drizzle with more caramel and chocolate syrups.
Repeat 2 more times until it is 4 layers high.
If the ice cream sandwiches are melting, then place in the freezer for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Frost the cake with Cool Whip or whipped cream. Drizzle the caramel and the chocolate syrups on top, allowing them to drip down the sides.
Freeze for at least 2 hours.
Remove from freezer when ready to serve. Cut. Serve.
12-15 servings.
**You can make this cake as small or as large as you wish by changing the number of ice cream sandwiches and Cool Whip.
