This fudge is fantastic tasting and easy to make. The hardest part is waiting for the fudge to cool and set in the refrigerator.
1 bag White Chocolate Reese's Cups
1 c. sugar
½ c. heavy cream
½ t. salt
½ c. butter
2½ c. white chocolate chips
7 oz. jar/container marshmallow creme
Peel off and discard all the White Chocolate Reese's wrappers; cut them into fourths.
Place parchment paper on a 9 x 9 inch pan to keep the fudge from sticking to the pan.
Put the white chocolate chips and marshmallow fluff in a large bowl; set aside.
In a pan, melt sugar, heavy cream, salt and butter on medium heat until it starts to boil; cook and stir for 5 minutes.
Pour the hot mixture into the bowl of chocolate chips; mix with the blender until smooth and soft. Fold in half of the White Chocolate Reese's. Pour into the pan.
Sprinkle the remaining Reese's on the top. Place in the refrigerator for 3-5 hours until set.
Serve.
