Peanut Butter Chocolate Tiramisu Mini Trifles

Description
If you're hosting a dinner party and want to serve a spectacular dessert that doesn't take a lot of time or work, try these no-bake tiramisu mini trifles. They are out of this world good with a heavenly combination of peanut butter and chocolate.
Ingredients
8 oz. mascarpone or softened cream cheese
½ c. powdered sugar
¾ c. heavy cream
5 T. hazelnut liqueur, divided *
15 oz. chunky peanut butter
1 c. hot coffee
¼ c. bittersweet chocolate chips
11 oz. hot fudge sauce
16 - 18 lady fingers (double, if desired)

Combine mascarpone and sugar in a medium bowl; mix with an electric mixer on medium until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Add cream and 1 T. hazelnut liqueur; beat on medium speed until combined. Add peanut butter; beat until well combined; set aside.
In a wide bowl, combine chocolate chips, 4 T. liqueur and hot coffee; mix until chocolate is melted.
One at a time, dip cookies into the coffee mixture soaking for 2-3 seconds. Flip and repeat. Crumble the cookie into the bottom of a trifle dish. Repeat until each of 8 trifles have 2 cookies crumbled into their bottoms.
Add 2 dollops of peanut butter cream into each trifle dish. Add 2 dollops of hot fudge to each.
One at a time, dip cookies into the coffee mixture, allowing to soak for 2-3 seconds. Flip and repeat. Crumble the cookie into the bottom of a trifle dish, repeating until each trifle dish has 2 cookies crumbled on top of the hot fudge.
Finish each with a dollop of peanut butter cream and a drizzle of hot fudge sauce.
Serve.
Makes 8 mini trifles.
* Substitutions for liqueur: substitute the liqueur in the peanut butter cream with 1 T. pure vanilla extract or a favorite rum. Substitute the liqueur in the coffee mixture with more coffee or a favorite rum.
