You will definitely be tempted to eat more than one of these yummy cookie brownie cups. Serve them for dessert at home, bring them for pot luck dinners or make for a bake sale.
Brownie Batter:
4 T. butter, melted
1 large egg
2 T. water
17 7/8 oz. NESTLÉ® Toll House Cookie Brownie Kit
Cookie Dough:
5 T. butter, softened
1 T. water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 12 cup muffin pan(s).
Brownie Batter:
Stir brownie mix, melted butter, egg and water in large bowl until well blended; set aside.
Cookie Dough:
Beat softened butter in large mixer bowl on Medium-high speed for about 2 minutes, until creamy. Add cookie mix; mix on Low speed for about 1 minute, until small crumbs form. Add water; beat on Low speed for about 1 minute, until dough forms.
Divide brownie batter evenly into prepared muffins cups. Drop cookie dough evenly by rounded tablespoons into each cup of brownie batter.
Bake 20 - 22 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes in the muffin pan; remove cups to wire rack to cool completely.
Serve.
