Staying hydrated is important especially in the summertime. Make this no sugar added, healthy infused water instead of sugary drinks.
1 small seedless watermelon
1 pint blueberries
1 pint strawberries
filtered water
ice
extra fruit, for garnish
Rinse and drain fruit, including the watermelon.
Cut the ends off the watermelon, no need to cut off rind; stand it up on a cutting surface; slice into thin slices. Use a small star cookie cutter to cut out stars, if desired.
Slice the strawberries in halves, no need to hull them.
Fill a large water dispenser or container with filtered water. Add fruit; allow to sit for 1-2 hours before serving. Don't let it go longer or the fruit will not be at its best.
Serve over ice with extr fresh fruit in each glass, for garnish.
