Ingredients
- 4 six oz. halibut filets
- 3 T. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 T. extra virgin olive oil, plus more for drizzling
- salt and pepper, to taste
- freshly chopped chives, for garnish
- lemon wedges, for serving
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice and olive oil.
- Place halibut filets skin-side down in a baking dish; drizzle with the lemon juice and olive oil mixture; season with salt and pepper, to taste.
