1 box yellow cake mix, mix only
1 egg
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
7 oz. jar marshmallow creme
2 cups milk chocolate chips
1 c. mini marshmallows
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9 x 13 inch cake pan with parchment paper or lightly spray with cooking spray; set aside.
In a large bowl, combine cake mix, egg, butter and graham cracker crumbs, using a spoon to mix until combined. The mixture will be slightly crumbly, but will stick together when squeezed. Reserve and set aside 2 cups. Pour the remaining graham cracker mixture into the cake pan; press down in an even layer.
Sprinkle chocolate chips over crust in an even layer; press lightly into the crust. Drop marshmallow creme using a tablespoon onto the chocolate chips; wet the back of a tableware spoon with water; spread into an even layer.
Sprinkle with the mini marshmallows; top with the remaining graham cracker mixture.
Bake 20 - 22 minutes. If desired, turn on the top broiler for just 1 - 2 minutes at the end to lightly brown the marshmallows. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
