Description
If you have a special event that you are hosting or need to bring a dish, take this award winning trifle. It's a beautiful light, refreshing and wonderfully good dessert that you will be proud to serve to friend and family.
Ingredients
4 c. prepared vanilla instant pudding (with ingredients to make it)
3 - 4 c. whipped cream, fresh is best if you want to go to the trouble
2 - 3 c. Angel Food cake cubes from about a 9 × 13 size cake (or pound cake, yellow or white cake)
1 c. blueberries, raspberries or blackberries
2 c. sliced strawberries
garnish with more berries, if desired

Wash and pat the strawberries dry, allowing them to air dry more while preparing the rest. Hull strawberries, then slice them. Wash and pat dry other berries that you are using. Cut cake into cubes, whip the cream, if using making fresh and make the pudding.
Layer in a medium size bowl or trifle dish, starting with the pudding, then add cake cubes so that they soak in the pudding. Add the fruit and whipped cream. To make it beautiful, place the outer-edge row of to the glass in a nice line, alternating with strawberries, cake, blueberries, etc. Continue layering until all the ingredients are used, finishing with whipped cream on top. Garnish with more berries, if desired.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Serve.
*To make it even easier to prepare, use a store bought cake instead of baking your own.
