If you are needing an easy, quick, delicious tasty lunch, try these BLT wraps. There is no cooking involved, unless you want to, of course.
16 ready-to-serve fully cooked bacon strips, warmed if desired
8 - eight inch flour tortillas, at room temperature
4 c. chopped lettuce
2 c. chopped tomatoes, from about 3 small tomatoes
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. Ranch salad dressing
Place 2 bacon strips across the center of each tortilla. Top with lettuce, tomatoes and cheese; drizzle with Ranch dressing. Fold bottom and sides of tortilla over filling and roll up.
8 wraps.
*Make Ahead Tip: Assemble wraps without heating bacon; wrap in plastic wrap; store in refrigerator up to 2 days.
