No campfire is required to make this delicious dessert. In about 10 minutes, you can have an easy, sweet treat to dip your graham crackers in of Oreo cookies, peanut butter cups, chocolate chips, marshmallows and frozen cookie dough.
2 T. melted butter
1 c. milk chocolate chips
1 c. mini peanut butter cups
1 c. chunks of Oreo cookies
1 c. frozen cookie dough balls, near the ice cream topping in stores
2 c. marshmallows, cut in halves
graham crackers, for serving
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Break cookies into chunks. Cut marshmallows into halves.
Swirl melted butter around the bottom of an 8-inch cast iron skillet. Sprinkle the chocolate chips, peanut butter cups, Oreo chunks and still frozen cookie dough balls around the bottom of the pan, stirring together.
Top with halved marshmallows, covering the top.
Place in oven for 6-8 minutes, until chocolate has melted and marshmallows start to brown.
Serve immediately with graham crackers for dipping.
6-8 servings.
