Description

Treat your family or friends to a wonderful bread with fresh strawberries and ripe bananas. It will go fast, so be sure to make enough to go around.

Ingredients

• 1 stick butter, softened
• 1 c. granulated sugar
• 2 large eggs, beaten
• 3 ripe bananas, mashed
• 2 c. flour
• 1 t. baking soda
• ½ t. salt
• 1½ c. fresh strawberries, chopped and then tossed in 1 T. flour

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray two 9 x 5 loaf pans with non-stick spray; set aside.
2. In a large bowl, using an electric or stand mixer with a paddle attachment, cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
3. In a small bowl, use a fork to beat eggs. Add eggs to sugar mixture; beat until combined. Add mashed bananas; mix until combined.
