This cookie skillet dessert is simple to make and so good, you will have a difficult time waiting to dig in. It is dangerously so good, you will be drooling when you see its ooey, gooey goodness.
30 oz. roll chocolate chip cookie dough
1 c. chocolate chips
5-6 peanut butter cups
ice cream, for serving, optional
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Divide cookie dough in half; press one half of the dough into the bottom and up the sides of a 6-8 inch iron or oven-proof skillet. Fill center with chocolate peanut butter cups and chocolate chips. Place the rest of the dough on top.
Bake for 20-25 minutes of until edges are brown. Let cool for about 5 minutes.
Serve with your favorite ice cream, if desired.
