Anytime is the perfect time to make and serve a super delicious ice cream cake. It is super simple to make and there is no need to turn on the oven.
1 package Oreo cookies
¼ c. butter
2 qt. Reese's chocolate ice cream
8 oz. Cool Whip
½ c. creamy peanut butter
20 Reese's miniatures
In a food processor, crush Oreos; add in ¼ c. melted butter; pulse until mixed.
Press Oreos into the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray or lined with parchment paper.
Melt ½ c. peanut butter in an icing bag for 20 seconds; cut off the tip; drizzle half of it over Oreo mixture; spread on 2 qt. of softened Reese's ice cream; freeze for 30-45 minutes until firm.
Spread Cool Whip over ice cream; drizzle with remaining peanut butter.
Chop Reese's miniatures into small pieces; sprinkle over top.
Freeze for 2-3 hours or longer.
Serve.
