S'mores Fudge Bars

Description

This isn't just your regular, run of the mill fudge. It isn't just a beautiful fudge, it is a sweet, delicious fudge like dessert with a graham cracker crust, a chocolate and sweetened condensed milk layer and a marshmallow fluff layer.

Ingredients

2 c. graham cracker crumbs
¼ c. sugar
½ t. kosher salt
10 T. butter, melted
2 c. milk chocolate chips
1­½ cans sweetened condensed milk, divided
1 c. white chocolate chips
1 c. marshmallow fluff

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9 x 9 inch baking dish with aluminum foil, folding the edges over the sides.

In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and salt; add melted butter; stir to combine.

Evenly spread graham cracker mix into prepared baking dish. Use the bottom of a glass to pack and smooth out the crust.

Bake graham cracker crust for 10 minutes. Remove from oven; allow to cool.

After crust has baked, combine milk chocolate chips and 1 can sweetened condensed milk in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high in 20 second increments, stirring in between, until chocolate has melted and is completely mixed. Pour over the graham cracker crust.

Spread out chocolate layer evenly; cool.

In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and ½ can sweetened condensed milk. Microwave on high in 20 second increments, stirring in between, until white chocolate has melted and is completely mixed. Add marshmallow fluff; stir until mixed.

Pour marshmallow mixture over the top of the chocolate layer. Refrigerate overnight.

Cut fudge into squares. If you would like, sprinkle some more graham cracker crumbs on top to garnish.

Serve.
