Ingredients

• 29 oz. can fruit cocktail, drained
• 8 oz. can pineapple tidbits, drained
• 11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
• 1/2 c. maraschino cherries, drained and rinsed
• 1 oz. box cheesecake flavor Sugar-Free Jell-O pudding
• 8 oz. sour cream
• 3 c. Cool Whip
• 1 c. miniature marshmallows

Steps

1. Drain all fruit; if fruit was packed in syrup, rinse in cold water; drain.
2. Combine fruit cocktail, pineapple, mandarin oranges and cherries in a large bowl. Sprinkle with cheesecake flavored pudding mix; stir to coat. Stir in sour cream and Cool Whip. Fold in marshmallows.
3. Chill for at least 1 hour.
