Ingredients

• 6 T. butter melted
• 2 T. Ranch dressing/seasoning packet
• salt and pepper, to taste
• 4 medium sized chicken breasts, approximately 4 oz. each
• 1 lb. small red potatoes, halved or quartered
• non-stick cooking spray
• 1 c. freshly shredded Cheddar cheese
• 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
• 2 T. freshly chopped parsley

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees or a grill over medium-high heat.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together butter, Ranch seasoning, salt and pepper, to taste.
3. Coat 4 large pieces of aluminum foil with non-stick cooking spray.
