No-Bake Strawberry Nutella Eclair Cake

It's hot outside and no one wants to turn on the oven to make a dessert. Make this amazing and simple to prepare no-bake dessert with Nutella, vanilla instant pudding, strawberries, Cool Whip and graham crackers. It is so good, it will be your go to recip

Ingredients

2 - 3.4 oz. packages Vanilla Instant pudding mix, dry, not prepared
3½ c. whole milk
½ c. Nutella
12 oz. Cool Whip
2- 14.4 oz. packages chocolate graham crackers
about 36 fresh strawberries, washed, stems removed, sliced lengthwise

Frosting:*
3 T. butter
3 T. milk
3 T. cocoa
2 T. Nutella
1 c. powdered sugar

Blend milk and both vanilla pudding packets for about 2 minutes; stir in Nutella until evenly combined; fold in Cool Whip.

In a 9 × 13 inch pan, layer graham crackers to cover entire bottom of pan, cutting and shaping the crackers to fit. Poor half of pudding/Nutella/Cool Whip mixture on top, smooth out evenly. Arrange half of the sliced strawberries to cover the entire pudding mixture. Place a layer of graham crackers to cover entire surface, cutting and shaping crackers to fit.

Put the second half of pudding/Nutella/Cool Whip mixture on top and smooth out evenly. Arrange last half of the sliced strawberries to cover over the pudding mixture.

Put the last layer of graham crackers on top with the bumpy sides down, to help the top look smoother when putting the frosting on top, cutting and shaping crackers to fit and to avoid pits and cracks.

Frosting:
Microwave butter and milk just enough to be melted together. There is no need to boil it. Add cocoa, Nutella and powdered sugar; blend together. This will be a runny frosting/glaze. Pour over the top of the graham crackers, smoothing it out evenly .

*You may want to double the frosting recipe.

Refrigerate overnight.

Serve.
