Description
These pork chops are delicious, tender and easy to prepare. Let them marinate in the refrigerator overnight and cook them at dinner after a long day at work. They can be baked in the oven or could even be cooked on the grill.
Ingredients
- 6 pork chops
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 2 T. grainy mustard, like Dijon Wholegrain mustard
- 1 T. dry or fresh rosemary, coarsely chopped
- salt and pepper, to taste
Steps
- Marinade:
- Add all the ingredients except for the pork chops to a bowl; whisk until mixture begins to emulsify.
- Place the pork chops in a casserole dish; pour marinade over pork chops, making sure you rub it all over the chops. Cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate 1 hour to overnight.
