Ingredients
- 9 inch deep dish pie shell
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
- ⅓ c. finely chopped green bell pepper
- ⅓ c. finely chopped red bell pepper
- 2 T. butter
- 4 oz. smoked ham, chopped and divided
- 1½ c. shredded Colby Jack or Cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 c. heavy cream or half and half
- 6 large eggs
- 1 t. garlic salt
- ½ t. black pepper
- ½ t. onion powder
- ¼ t. ground mustard
Steps
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Prick the bottom of a frozen pie shell with a fork. Bake for 5 minutes; remove; set aside.
- In a small skillet, melt the butter; cook the green onions, green and red bell peppers until softened, around 2-3 minutes.
