Description
This delicious, easy to make salmon can be prepared and on the table in less than 30 minutes. Serve with a salad and your favorite sides.
Ingredients
- 4 lb. wild salmon fillet
- 2/3 c. plain breadcrumbs
- 2/3 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. finely chopped parsley or dill
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 c. butter, melted
- 3/4 t. salt, or to taste
- 1/3 t. black pepper, or to taste
- lemon wedges, for serving
Steps
- Position rack in the middle of the oven. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with a large piece of aluminum foil.
- Place the salmon fillet, skin side down, on the baking sheet; set aside.
- Mix together breadcrumbs, cheese, parsley and garlic in a small bowl; pour in melted butter; season with 3/4 t. salt and 1/3 t. pepper. With hands, mix the ingredients together until the breadcrumbs absorb.
