Description

Make a wonderfully easy dish that is very healthy and quick to make. Your family will surprise you and will tell you how much they love it.

Ingredients

  • 2 T. butter, melted
  • 2 T. honey
  • freshly squeezed juice of ½ lemon
  • 2 t. soy sauce
  • ½ t. pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lb. fresh halibut filet

Steps

  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine butter, honey, lemon juice, soy sauce, pepper and garlic.
  2. Cut halibut with a sharp knife into 3 - 4 pieces. A serving size of fish is 3 - 6 oz. so cut it into portions as desired.
  3. Brush both sides of each portion with the butter mixture.
