Description
Make a wonderfully easy dish that is very healthy and quick to make. Your family will surprise you and will tell you how much they love it.
Ingredients
- 2 T. butter, melted
- 2 T. honey
- freshly squeezed juice of ½ lemon
- 2 t. soy sauce
- ½ t. pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb. fresh halibut filet
Steps
- In a small mixing bowl, combine butter, honey, lemon juice, soy sauce, pepper and garlic.
- Cut halibut with a sharp knife into 3 - 4 pieces. A serving size of fish is 3 - 6 oz. so cut it into portions as desired.
- Brush both sides of each portion with the butter mixture.
