These chicken roll-ups appetizers are so good and easy to make, you'll wonder where they have been all of your life. They are perfect for your next party or get together.
1 pkg. Perdue Short Cuts Carved Chicken Breast
1 sheet puff pastry
1 t. Italian seasoning
6-8 slices Swiss cheese
6-8 slices deli ham
2 T. Dijon mustard
2 T. honey
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a pie pan or a baking dish.
Microwave chicken breast for 35 seconds.
Slightly roll out puff pastry; sprinkle with Italian seasoning; layer with cheese, ham and chicken breast.
Gently roll up puff pastry; cut into 10 slices; place in prepared baking dish/pan.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
While baking, make honey mustard by combining mustard and honey in a small bowl.
Remove roll-ups from oven; cool for 5 minutes.
Serve roll-ups with honey mustard.
