These apple chips are so delicious, you won't believe that they are healthy too. They are crunchy right out of the oven and are full of flavor.
5 apples
2 t. cinnamon
3 t. brown sugar
Place oven rack at the top. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Grease several baking sheets.
Thinly slice apples with a mandoline slicer. Arrange apple slices so they aren't overlapping on the prepared baking sheets.
In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle on top of apple chips.
Bake on the top oven rack for 2 hours until chips are dry and crisp.
Remove from oven; cool completely.
Store in a zipped plastic bag for up to 3 days to stay crispy.
