3 T. olive oil, divided
3 T. grated Parmesan cheese
2 t. minced garlic, fresh or dried
2 t. Italian seasoning
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. black pepper
1/2 t. paprika
1 sheet refrigerated puff pastry
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Allow puff pastry thaw for about 30 minutes, until pliable but still cold.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, parsley, salt and pepper; set aside.
Roll out the puff pastry; brush about half of the olive oil mixture on top; roll on itself. Cut into small rolls about 1 - 2 inches thick.
Place the rolls onto the baking sheet; brush each with the remaining olive oil mixture. Sprinkle with a little paprika.
Bake until golden, about 8-10 minutes.
Serve warm.
