Chocolate Mocha Truffles

Description
Do you have a special occasion coming up and you need a special dessert? Make these decadent truffles for your guests. They are easy and only require 6 ingredients to prepare.
Ingredients
1 lb. milk chocolate, finely chopped
1/2 c. heavy cream
1-2 packets Starbucks Via
1/8 t. sea salt
1 T. Bourbon Vanilla
3/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder

Melt chocolate, cream, Starbucks coffee powder and salt in a double boiler over low heat. After it's melted, whisk in vanilla until smooth and glossy. If necessary, put it back on the double boiler for a small amount of time.
Put the bowl into the refrigerator for several hours, or until fully chilled and firm.
Scoop out and form into 1 inch balls; roll in cocoa powder.
Serve at room temperature.
These can be stored in the refrigerator for about 1 week.
