Serve your guests this creamy, cheesy olive dip at your next get together. It has a great texture and wonderful, salty taste from the 2 kinds of olives. Serve it with your favorite dippers.
8 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. green olives, diced
1 c. black olives, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 T. crushed red pepper flakes or less to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl; stir well to combine.
Spread into a small baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the dish is hot.
Serve with chunks of bread, Tostitos, rye toasts, Pretzel Thins, crackers or chips, for dipping.
