You don't have to wait for game day to make these delicious wings. Enjoy them on family movie nights, for tailgating, or just because you are hungry for them!
Ingredients
- Wings:
- 3 lb. chicken wings
- 1 T. vegetable oil
- celery salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- Bloody Mary Mixture:
- 3 c. tomato juice
- 2/3 c. vodka
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/3 c. hot sauce, such as Tabasco sauce
- 1 T. horseradish
- 1 T. Worcestershire sauce
- freshly squeezed juice of 1 lemon
- kosher salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- Dip:
- 2/3 c. sour cream
- 2 t. horseradish
- 2 t. chopped dill
Steps
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- In a large bowl, drizzle wings with oil; season with celery salt and black pepper; set aside.
- In another large bowl, combine tomato juice, vodka, brown sugar, hot sauce, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice; whisk until fully incorporated; season with salt and pepper.
