Description

This special garlic bread has not only garlic spread but a wonderful herb spread as well. It's toasted to perfection and can be served as an appetizer, a snack, with soup or even a salad.

Ingredients

• 1 loaf French or Italian bread
• 2 T. AMORE® Garlic Paste
• 1 T. AMORE® Herb Paste
• 6 T. softened unsalted butter

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Cut bread into 1/2-inch slices, but not cutting all the way through the loaf; place loaf on a large sheet of aluminum foil.
3. Stir together the AMORE® Garlic, the Herb Pastes and the butter; spread it between the bread slices. Wrap the foil around the bread.
