Serve your guests these fun loaded cheese ball bites on a stick. They are easy to make and delicious to eat!
12 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 t. garlic powder
1 t. paprika
kosher salt, to taste
freshly ground black pepper, to taste
8 slices bacon, cooked and finely chopped
1/3 c. finely chopped fresh chives
1/3 c. finely chopped pecans
18 pretzels sticks
Mix together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder and paprika; season with salt and pepper. Form into 18 small balls. Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour.
In a shallow bowl, stir together chopped bacon, chives and pecans.
Roll balls in bacon/chive/pecan mixture; carefully insert a pretzel stick in each ball; place on a platter.
Serve.
Makes 18.
*If not serving immediately, loosely cover cheese balls with plastic wrap; place in the refrigerator. Allow to sit at room temperature 15 minutes before serving.
