Description

Serve this yummy flat bread as a snack, appetizer or even as a light meal. It's great when paired with soup or salad.

Ingredients

  • 13.8 oz. tube refrigerated pizza crust
  • 2 T. olive or vegetable oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 t. salt
  • 1 T. freshly minced rosemary or 1 t. dried rosemary, crushed, divided
  • 2 - 3 plum tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grease a baking sheet.
  2. Unroll pizza crust; place on prepared baking sheet.
  3. Combine oil, garlic, salt and half of the rosemary; spread over crust; top with tomatoes and onion; sprinkle with remaining rosemary.
