These breakfast sliders are so easy to make and delicious, you won't just serve them for breakfast.
Ingredients
- 1¼ lb. ground breakfast sausage
- 5 slices cheddar cheese, cut into quarters (making 20 pieces)
- 1 T. butter
- 5 eggs
- 3 T. milk
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 4 c. arugula
- 2 T. olive oil
- 2 T. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 10 slider buns, toasted
- hot sauce for serving, optional
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Sausage patties:
- Divide sausage into 10 even pieces; form into patties. Place on the lined baking sheet. Bake until lightly browned and heated through, 8 - 10 minutes. Remove from oven.
