Ingredients

• non-stick cooking spray
• 8 oz. penne pasta (2 cups, uncooked)
• 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
• 3/4 c. Ranch dressing
• 1/3 c. hot sauce
• 2 c. cooked, shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken is great to use)
• 1 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
• 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
• chopped green onions, for garnish

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray an 8 inch casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Cook penne pasta according to package directions.
3. In a bowl, stir together cream cheese, Ranch dressing and hot sauce until creamy.
