If you love Buffalo Chicken Dip as an appetizer, you will also love this Buffalo Chicken Pasta Bake which uses many of the same ingredients. Your family will devour it quickly, so be sure that you have made enough for seconds.
Ingredients
- non-stick cooking spray
- 8 oz. penne pasta (2 cups, uncooked)
- 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 c. Ranch dressing
- 1/3 c. hot sauce
- 2 c. cooked, shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken is great to use)
- 1 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- chopped green onions, for garnish
Steps
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray an 8 inch casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Cook penne pasta according to package directions.
- In a bowl, stir together cream cheese, Ranch dressing and hot sauce until creamy.
