Are you craving pizza? Make your own easily at home using refrigerated crescent rolls, cream cheese, chicken, cheese, lettuce, bacon, canned tomatoes all topped with a drizzle of Ranch dressing.
2 packages refrigerated crescent roll sheets
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. Ranch dressing, plus more for topping
1 T. minced garlic
1 c. cooked shredded chicken
3/4 c. shredded Cheddar Jack cheese
1 1/2 c. shredded lettuce
3/4 cooked, crumbled bacon
14 oz. can petite diced tomatoes, drained well
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 15 x 10 baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Unroll crescent roll sheets; press onto the pan; fold under the edges, if needed.
Bake 14-15 minutes. Remove from oven; cool for at least 30 minutes.
Beat the cream cheese, Ranch dressing and garlic until creamy; stir in the chicken and cheese.
Spread the mixture on the cooled crust. Top with lettuce, bacon and tomatoes.
Cut into 18 slices.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve. Drizzle Ranch dressing on right before serving.
