Ingredients
- 2 T. olive oil, divided
- 8 green peppers, cut into halves
- 1 sirloin steak
- 1 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 red pepper, sliced
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- 2 c. mozzarella cheese, grated
- salt and pepper, to taste
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cover a 9x13 inch baking dish with aluminum foil.
- Wash peppers; cut into halves; de-seed. Drizzle pepper halves with 1 T. olive oil; season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in prepared dish for 10 minutes.
