You will create a new family favorite side dish with just a few ingredients. Serve it with your favorite meat dish or perhaps as the main dish. It can be made vegetarian by using vegetable stock/broth.
1 pouch UNCLE BEN’S® READY RICE® Rice Pilaf
2 T. chicken or vegetable broth/stock
2 T. chopped walnuts
1 package frozen broccoli
In a microwave safe dish, combine broth/stock with broccoli; microwave for 3 minutes; add rice; cook for 1 1/2 minutes. Stir in walnuts.
Serve.
