Description
In about 45 minutes, you can have your whole meal ready to serve to your family. It's hearty and satisfying with ground beef, cheddar cheese, vegetables and rice. Serve with a side salad, if desired.
Ingredients
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 t. garlic powder
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 14.5 oz. can chopped tomatoes, undrained
- 1/2 bag frozen vegetable mix, cooked
- 1 t. salt
- 1 c. UNCLE BEN’S® ORIGINAL CONVERTED® Brand Rice
- 1 t. black pepper
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cook rice according to package instructions, about 20 minutes.
- While rice is cooking, brown ground beef in a large non-stick skillet; season with garlic powder, salt and pepper, to taste; discard any grease. Add vegetables, tomatoes and sour cream to ground beef; cook until just heated through.
