Onion-Roasted Potatoes

Description

This side dish is very simple and quick to make. All you need are 3 ingredients and you have a delicious side dish that can be served for special or not so special occasions.

Ingredients

1 envelope Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion Soup Mix
4 medium all-purpose potatoes, cut into large chunks (about 2 lb.)
1/3 c. olive oil

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Wash potatoes; cut into large chunks.

Combine potatoes, olive oil, and soup mix in 13 x 9-inch baking or roasting pan; stir well.

Bake, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender and golden brown, about 35 minutes.

Variation: Use red skinned or purple fingerling potatoes, add garlic and herbs.
