You don't need to spend hours in the kitchen preparing the meat main dish. This spectacular pork tenderloin cooks in about 30 minutes, so with preparation time it can be on your table ready to serve with your favorite sides in about 45 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ lb. pork tenderloin
- 1 T. olive oil
- 2 T. Dijon Mustard
- ¼ c. brown sugar
- salt and pepper, to taste
- Brown Sugar Dijon Dipping Sauce:
- 2 T. Dijon Mustard
- 1 - 2 t. brown sugar
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Season tenderloin with salt and pepper on both sides, to taste.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; add pork tenderloin; brown, about 4 minutes per side; remove from heat.
