Rotisserie Chicken and Rice Casserole

Even people who hate casseroles will love this one, it's so good! It's so easy and quick to put together, it makes cooking a breeze.

Ingredients

3 c. diced rotisserie chicken or other cooked chicken (leftover works)
1 can cream of chicken soup
2½ c. cooked rice (leftover works)
½ c. sliced almonds, optional
½ c. mayonnaise
¾ c. diced celery
2 T. butter, melted
½ c. crushed corn flakes, potato chips, seasoned bread crumbs, Ritz crackers or panko

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.

Pour cornflakes into a zip lock bag; crush into smaller pieces; set aside.

Combine all ingredients except for the corn flakes in the prepared baking dish, mixing right in the baking dish. Sprinkle the crushed cornflakes over the top of the casserole. Drizzle melted butter over the top.

Bake for 30- 40 minutes or until casserole is heated through.

Serve.
